May 30, 2009 · Cut Wire or Wires: With the Key IN the ignition yet ignition OFF: On J518 is a 20 pin connector; cut Pin 19 (black/red). Please double check its location as there are 2# black/red wires. I took the connector block out and a part of its housing to be sure. I cut the wire high enough up the cable to allow re-connection.
Feb 9, 2011 · The factory window sticker shows Sirius with trial installed. Audi says (after being given VIN) that the car should have it. There is no "radio" button, only an AM/FM button in it's place. Under "source" there are only AM/FM bands available. Not sure it matters, but the car DOES have Nav.
Apr 7, 2016 · Step 1 – Remove the fog lights. Remove the grille and the two Torx screws that hold the fog lights in place. Unplug the factory wiring harness from the fog lights and remove them. Use a flat head screwdriver to pry up the three tabs on the back of the fog lights to separate the front and rear housings. Unhooking the battery may give you a DTC, but it does NOT reset anything in the CAN gateway i.e. groups 18, 19, 20. It does NOT tell the ECU or BEM that you have a new battery.
Mar 1, 2014 · Part number for the new clips is 6Q0868243 and cost around 40p each and you need 6 for each door trim. Here is a picture of the damaged clips left is stuck in position and the right has snapped. To remove the door trim you need to remove the top speaker cover, and unscrew remove the screw behind there.

Dec 29, 2011 · SDS is also part of the Bluetooth package (inbuilt into the BT interface firmware), but it only controls the BT interface. To check you have full SDS go to the radio and press the speach button say "help" it will then give you a list of commands avalible for the Radio like "save station" "play station" etc etc, youy can do the same for the Navaigation as well.
